Dr. Marni Ross ND
Vancouver Naturopath, Dr. Marni Ross, attended the University of British Columbia where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a Major in General Biology. Afterward, she attended the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto for 4 years to complete an intensive, full-time, post-graduate program before becoming a fully licensed Naturopath. After 6 years of practicing in Toronto, Marni moved her practice back to her hometown of Vancouver in July of 2010. Dr. Ross has now been practicing as a Naturopathic Doctor for over 18 years.
As a registered Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Ross is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the British Columbia Naturopathic Association. Dr. Ross is certified in Acupuncture. She also has prescriptive authority which allows her to prescribe most conventional medications such as antibiotics and blood pressure drugs as well as bioidentical hormones and thyroid medications.
As a Vancouver Naturopath, Marni’s goal is to identify and remove the underlying causes of illness while using safe and gentle therapies to support the body’s ability to heal itself. Marni believes in treating each person individually and educating the patient throughout the treatment process.
Outside of her formal education at CCNM, Marni continues to attend seminars and workshops to further educate herself. She is trained in Cosmetic Acupuncture, a non-surgical procedure that has proven to be effective in reducing the signs of aging. Dr. Ross is also trained in Intravenous (IV) Therapy which delivers nutrients directly into the bloodstream.
Marni is a strong believer in educating the community on Naturopathic Medicine and she is available to do 'lunch and learn' workplace presentations and educational seminars.
